How to Volunteer at All Children's

Volunteering in the Hospital

Being a volunteer at All Children's Hospital is a great way to get involved in helping support Florida's children. There are a great variety of opportunities available, too. Volunteers at All Children's Hospital do jobs like:

• Greet visitors to the hospital at the front desk
• Provide office administrative support
• Help visitors and families at the reception desk in several units
• Help patients with their academic work
• Assist our Child Life Specialists
• ...and more

Eligibility

There are a few things that are required in order to become an All Children's Hospital Volunteer:

• You must be at least 14 years of age.
• Parental permission and personal references are required for volunteers under the age of 18.
• Volunteers are required to complete no less than 50 hours over the course of each 6-month period.
• You must participate in the Hospital Volunteer Orientation and complete annual mandatory training programs.
• You must meet our health screening requirement. 
• You must consent to a criminal background check.
