Choosing All Children's
Families have been choosing All Children's Hospital for pediatric care for 75 years. The reasons why are clear. We're a tertiary center for pediatric treatment, teaching and research, serving children from throughout Florida. In the past decade we've grown from 650 employees to over 2,000, built new facilities, and doubled our investment in equipment and research.
Employees have good reasons to choose All Children's, too. They tell us there is something special about this place. There's a common mission, a shared sense of purpose, that brings meaning and reward to working at All Children's Hospital. Thirty percent of our new employees come here because someone they know works here and likes it, or because they themselves brought a child to the Hospital and saw firsthand that All Children's truly is special. Once new employees join All Children's, our special brand of caring means they're likely to stay. Nearly 65 percent of our 2,000 employees have been with us for more than two years.
