11:30am Breastfeeding Support Group
A group where moms can get advice and information, as well as meet other NICU moms and share experiences. This group does not meet every Monday, so look for postings at the HUC station, milk depot, bedside flyers, or ask your BEST team member.

3:00pm Baby Safety
This class uses a DVD called "Safe from the Start" that lasts 30 minutes. It briefly covers the ride home from the hospital, feeding and food safety, sleep/bedtime, bath time and bathroom hazards, childproofing at home, toy safety, kitchen safety, safety outside the home, and gun safety.

Tuesdays

2:30pm Car Seat Safety
This class explains how to choose the right car seat, when to make changes, how to fit the baby/child in the car seat, and how to install the car seat. There is a video and hands-on training. You do not need to bring your car seat to the class, unless you want help with installation.
