Research |
Research is a key avenue to improving the outcomes of sick children, and one of the foundation tenets of All Children's Hospital's mission. The Hospital supports and participates in clinical, translational, basic science, and health policy and outcomes research as a means to broadening our understanding of diseases and diagnoses, and expanding treatments and cures.
The Hospital has created a strategic vision and an infrastructure to support dynamic pediatric research. With our partners, the Department of Pediatrics of the University of South Florida College of Medicine and the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, we continue to grow our pediatric biomedical research community with shared facilities and faculty, advanced technological equipment, and graduate medical education programs.
The Research and Grants Administration areas of All Children’s Health System provide services and resources to encourage and facilitate research and grant development and management activities. Our goal is to provide those critical research resources needed by our physician-scientists and principal investigators to help All Children’s accomplish it's mission of providing leadership and advocacy in the delivery of quality child health care services, education and research programs.
