The CORE and POCT Laboratory is certified by the State of Florida (License #800000135) and by the College of American Pathology (License #15309-01) and by CLIA (License #10D0700790). We have participated in quality control tests/surveys administered by the College of American Pathologists and others since 1982.

Located in the Outpatient Care Center, the CORE laboratory is a full service pediatric based facility and is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments including: Vitros, Sysmex, Stago, Architech, Immulite 2000, TEGS
The CORE lab provides services in the following sub-sections: Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Drug Screens, Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, Special Hematology
