Kids Home Care offers home health services designed to meet the special medical and developmental needs of children at each stage of development, from infants through teens. We offer a coordinated, case management approach to children’s home healthcare needs. Through direct care as well as partnering with community providers, Kids Home Care brings All Children’s Hospital’s tradition of excellence right to the homes of patients and families throughout the West coast of Florida.

We work closely with families and physicians to meet each child’s unique home healthcare needs. Our coordinated approach focuses on developing a plan that is convenient, economical, and meets a family’s unique needs and schedule. For children being discharged from the hospital, Kids Home Care can provide continuity of care through pre-discharge education and standardization of care (using the same procedures, equipment and supplies whenever possible).

Our clinical staff is available by phone 24 hours a day to assist the patient’s family and physician. Same-day delivery service is available. Our reimbursement specialists can work with families and their health insurance representatives to help the claims process proceed smoothly and to provide any necessary documentation.

Kids Home Care received the gold seal of approval of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
