Anchor Atlantic Plays at All Children's 'Concert in the Park'
All Children's Hospital's Concert in the Park event was held in it's Children's Auditorium on the night of Thursday, June 16th. Local band Anchor Atlantic filled the room with live music that was broadcast throughout the hospital and in patients' rooms for their listening pleasure.
Fifty patients and their families participated in a number of activities, including arts and crafts, face painting, fishing, decorating an art wall, and playing percussion instruments to the music. The band also donated five colorful guitars to the music therapy department for patients to play during hospitalizations.
